If a Dispute Request is not resolved within 15 days, the transaction will be automatically directed to our Case Management Team.
Note:When applying for a claim, please provide relevant evidence such as chat history, emails, etc. If the claim reason is ‘not received products’ but the seller’s stated delivery time has not ended, the team will handle the case until it ends. .
Claims will be cancelled if no evidence is provided within the given time period. AliExpress will contact both parties during the claim and will make a final decision based on the evidence provided by both parties.
