1. Machine original painted with oil, clean it completely before use,  grind some vegetables to clean up internal body at first.

3 To tick away bone from meat, make sure the mince material without any hard debris inside. Boneless meat will be peeled and then cut into strips, then put into the machine to mince. .

4.  Right hand shaking the handle,  left hand to feed the meat into the inlet (forbid put hands into the inlet). In case, meat block at the inlet and outlet, please push by a small stick.

5.    After use, remove the large nut, round blade, cross blade, auger, clean the machine, painted cooking oil on the two blades to maintenance them of sharp and not rusty.

We guarantee this machine for 3 month, in the case of improper operation or damage by the users, we won’t bear the resposibility.
