FAQ

Q: Is it not safe and anybody can start the engine by the push start button?

A: when the car is arming, no one can start the engine by the push start button even you break the window and get in.. Three ways to disarm:

1. Start the RFID keyless entry function, when you approach the car one meter, disarm and unlock automatically.
2. Use the remote to disarm and unlock, distance within 0-1500 meters.(M1090 is 1500 meter, E772AS is 800 meter, other Chinese brand is about 50 meter)
3. Use code keyless entry, by knocking the windshield with password. This function is used when your remote is unavailable.(other Chinese brand without this functions)

Q: Can I use my own factory car alarm?

A: Yes, you can just buy the remote starter. But the push start button need to come with our alarm.

Some product is just with the RFID keyless entry, without the alarm, it just can start the engine when with RFID keyless entry, if lost RFID, the engine can not be started. And you need to with two remotes, one is for the factory car alarm, and the other is the RFID.

And our alarm is with hopping code and hopping frequency technology, 32 bit serial number, and the signal can not be copied or interfered by thief.

Q: What RFID means?

A: It is PKE (Passive Keyless Entry). This technology makes the door unlock when the car owner with the remote approaches the vehicle and lock when it is far enough. (M1090 and M990 is 3 meters, about 3 sec; E772AS and E771AS is 12 sec)

Q: What hopping code means?

A: Not like the fixed code of factory car alarm system, our remote is with 32-bit serial number hopping code technology. Every time the signal output is with deferent serial numbers, the theft can not copy the code as the fixed code does. Once the theft copied your code, which means they have your remote.

Q: Driving door lock can lock many times after ignition, even someone get off in the process of the driving?

A: Yes. Every time you brake, the door will lock, if the door is unlocked. It will be safety when the children in the car. (M1090, M990 only. Others Chinese brand just can lock one time when ignition, when someone get off the car and open the door in the process of driving, it will not lock automatically)

Q; What remote start means?

A: You can remote start or stop your engine, so that your car can cool in the summer and warm in the winter. And also preheat your engine so that it will be easier to start in the winter. (remote start range: Magicar 1500M, Easycar 800M, others Chinese brand just 50 to 200 M)

Q: Can the 2-way LCD display show the door locks when I leave my vehicle just 3 meter with RFID function? It is a very short time, maybe about 3 sec.

A: Yes. You can make sure your car locks or not by the LCD remote in this short time.(M1090 simple LCD display, save battery energy; E772AS and E771AS moving color LCD display, like a little mobile phone )

Q: When the car arms, can the window close upon and the side mirror fold?

A: Yes. These functions fit the power window and mirror. If your car is equipped manual window and mirror, you can install the power one.

Q: How to solve the wheel lock when install push start button?

A: Copy one key and put it to ON position and than break it and stick the button on it. Like that you can keep you car and key well and it will be easy when you want to install another product. Or you can take the lock out.

Q: My car is equipped P.A.T.S./immobilizer function (cannot start when the key is not inserted into the key box) How to solve it?

A: Use bypass module.

1. Common bypass (universal): put one factory key in bypass module to bypass it. (M990 Manual P48, for reference). Cut the metal part of the key for fear is used by the thief.
2. ADS bypass: CAN-bus supported. No need to use the key any more. Keep you key well and more safety. PLS read the fitted car list.

Q: Will the car move when remote start the engine?

A: Will not, PLS read the reservation. Manual vehicle and auto vehicle is different.(Other Chinese brand can not use to the manual transmission)

Q: Can remote control the trunk, door and air conditioner?

A: Yes

Q: When I go to the shop to wash or fix my car, do I need to give the remote to them?

A: No. You can start the Valet function to turns off all alarm and remote start features.

Q: I need to go to work every day, can I set 9:00 to remote start the engine automatically every day?

A: Yes, Start the Timer Start function.

Q: How the product protects the engine?

A: Start the Turbo and remote start function. Turbo is a feature designed to keep an automotive engine running for a pre-specified period of time in order to automatically execute the cool-down period required to prevent premature turbo wear and failure.(Other Chinese brand without Turbo function)

Q: I have two cars, and I installed your alarms to both of them. Is it ok to use the same remote to control them?

A: Yes, start 2nd car function: Allows one remote to control two separate vehicles.

Q: If the car stole by theft, anything I can do?

A: If you found your car is in an unusual situation, you can start the Starter-kill function. Because of the back-up battery, the siren can work even the vehicle's main battery is disable by a thief. So the siren will keep chirping, and once the theft shopped the engine, he can not start again. Back-up batteries are typically composed of a carbon compound instead of a normal copper. The siren has both negative and positive siren triggers

Q: Will your alarm keep chirping by some unwanted impact like the thunder? People are sick of it.

A: No. MPSS is designed to protect your vehicle from unwanted impact. It provide either a warn away or full alarm trigger depending on severity of impact. It is equipped with an adjustable sensitivity dial from 0 to 10, zero being off and 10 being most sensitive.(just Magicar ) 

Differences between M1090 and E772AS.

Display: E772AS is TFT color LCD remote, while M1090 is not color remote.

The remote start range: M1090 is 1500 meters, while E772AS is 800 meters

PKE range: M1090 will lock when away 3 meters about 3 sec, while E772AS need 12 sec

Driving door lock: M1090 can lock every time you brake, if the door is unlocked after ignition. But E772AS just can lock once when ignition. So after someone unlock and open the door to get off, the door will not lock automatically by using E772AS.

One-way spare remote: E772AS is with PKE chip, while M1090 without.

OTHER FUNCTIONS ARE NO BIG DIFFERENCE

PI: Before we deliver the product, we will take a photo to you to make sure the parts you bought and the photo will be in the PI with the product.

Installation: We sell the products, but excluding the installation guide. We will send the manual to you for studying and please make sure you know how or where to install the products. We can not accept the buyer start a suit to their loss, for the reason that the products can not be installed and be broken in their own thinking. 

Value: We can lower the price that showed in the PI for reducing the duty. But if the product is lost by the express, the compensation will be connected to the value showed in the PI.

Confirm: Please confirm the delivery directly you got the parcel. 

Freight: The products contain batteries, so we need to find an experienced express agent to delivery the products, and the freight will be a little higher than the common one and maybe not use. If any parts need to change, we won’t cover the freight.
