Product FAQ
Q1. Why my tablet looked used with scratches on screen?
A1. Every tablet pc has a screen protector on it when comes out from factory. When our Quality staff test it, they would left some scratches on it. Please take off the screen protector carefully just like in the photo below.
Q2. Why my tablet can not start?
A2. Durning the long distance delivery, the device would start by accident and the battery would drained up. Please full charge it. If the device still can not start, contact our after-sale person.
Q3. I can not connect to internet via Wifi. Please help.
A3.1) Make sure you input the correct password of your wireless router;
2) Stop any other wireless devices which connects to the router;
3) Clear any IP/MAC filter in router security setting, or reset the router to factory mode;
4) Reset the tablet to factory mode: Setting-Privacy-Factory Data Reset
5) Contact us to provide you the newest firmware to reboot the tablet.
Q4. The memory and storage is less than described.
A4. All our tablets are just as described, but the pre-installed system and apps will take up some memory and storage.
Q5. what can I do if the tablet pc damaged or cracked on its arrival?
A5. Please take photos for the broken package and tablet, refuse the parcel and open claim to your local DHL/UPS/EMS company, then inform us immediately.
