Best Repair Service:
We offer repair services for any wigs that we sold. We don't repair other vendor's wigs.
If the wig less than one month from you bought, we can repair it for free, but you need pay back and go shipping cost
For more than one month repair wigs, the cost of the repair varies depending on type of repair that is required. Starting cost is $35.00. Plus the customer is responsible for back and go shipping cost.
Most problems are able to be repaired on the unit. Including rips, tears, shedding, tangled etc.
Repair Services Include:
1.Mending Rips and Tears (Extensive rips or tears may not be able to be fixed)
2.Replacing Hair Loss

2.We will respond to your advise if the problem is repairable
Sending Your Unit in For Repair:
1.For sanitary reasons, you MUST wash your unit first prior to sending it in to us for repair(un-cleaned wigs will not be accepted for repair)
2.Print out the Order Form Receipt which includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address.Include a Typed Note with the repair areas listed.
3.Repairs will take approximately 15 days.

1) UPS: It takes 2 working days to USA/Canada and 3 working days to Europe
2) DHL: It takes 3 working days to USA/Canada and 3-4 working days to Europe
