Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?

  A:We apologise in advance if this happens. Before returning your item please contact 

       us through eBay, we will answer all emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

Q: I would like a Refund or replacement?

       condition. Before you return it please contact us through alibaba, we will give you the 

       correct information you need to return the item. All returns are processed within 2 

       working days of receipt.

      2. A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned,

      4. For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time 

          under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack 

          that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months

          is considered normal.

      5. For battery pack or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the 

         battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, 

         or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.

      6. In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return 

          packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. Only the return freight for incorrect 

          item delivered to the customer will be paid for by us.

Q: If I need fast shipment or replace the fast shipment, what should I do?

Q: If I want a combination purchasing,is it available? if I want to buy batteries,

     chargers,earphones at the same place which you have showed on your 

     webpage,because it saves time ,freight cost and commission.what

     you will do for this?

   A:we will release some combination products on the same link and webpage,So 

        when you buy one item ,you can choose and make equal value exchange.

        Example:You have opened a link to buy 2pcs batteries,but you do need to 

           battery Charger,if one battery is 3$/pc,then charger value is 3$ 

           or lower than 3$ ,once you inform us that you need one charger 

           and one battery ,you bought 2pcs batteries,we will send you one 

           charger and one battery as your requirement ,but all products  

           you need to confirm that they can be found in combination 

           products or our website or inquiry about that with us via trade 

           manager or leave message,all inquiries will be processed within 

           24hours besides non-working day.

Q: Do we face custom duty or import tax?

  A:we are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax,if there will be,I will do 

      our best to avoid it and notice our customers.So for our international orders,we 

      take no responsibility for untimely arrivals,custom delays or holdups.
