Return Policy
We want our customers like you to be completely satisfied with the purchases from us. We strive to provide accurate and detailed listings so that customers are aware of what they are buying. Just in case that an item does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it to us. Please do it in 7 days after delivery, and you are expected to inform us beforehand by email. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return. A refund for the full amount of the purchase will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition in which it was sent.
Custom Duties & Tariffs
In most cases, there is no custom duty nor tariff involved for these items. If there’s any, we are not responsible for any fees and/or charges arisen outside China.
