  10 Day Guarantee & Your Rights To Return A Product

    • The goods have to be returned in the same good conditions as first shipped, 

       the postage is to be payed by the customer. This is only applicable if the product 

       is not used, and still in original packaging.

    • All Products have been checked before sent out, if you believe that your Product is faulty

       in the period of guarantee, please contact us  so we can arrange for a repair 

       or exchange.

    • Refunds will ONLY be offered where a replacement Product cannot be provided. 

    • If the Product is deemed by Lico's store to be NOT faulty, Lico's store may in its absolute 

       discretion refuse to replace the Product or offer you a refund for the Product.

    • When a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the 

       faulty Product becomes our property.

       When a refund is given, the returned Product becomes our property.

       Lico's store reserves the right to test any returned Product.

    • When we agree to replace the Product or refund you the purchase price of the Product, 

       you must first return the defective Product to us. You will be obliged to pay for the return 

       of the Product.

    • We will make arrangements with you for the return of the Product. The delivery time for 

       replacing the Product will be the same as stated for the original Product. Replacement 

       Products are provided with the same warranty as the returned Product.

  When a Replacement Product is arranged

    • A replacement for the same Product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our 

       expense after we have received your returned Product. 

    • The delivery time for the replacement Product will be the same as stated for the original

    • Replacement Products are provided with the same Limited Warranty as the original

  When a Refund is arranged

    • Refunds do not include all shipping and associated costs for the returned Product.
