5. Direct for use step:

1). Printing

You can draw image on the paper by crayon, color pencil etc

Choosing reasonable printer settings according to it’s direction for use, usually choosing the best printed effect in normal mode. For example: EPSON printer’s setting: chose photo, inkjet paper or matte inkjet paper as paper type.

2). Transferring

  After the transfer paper is completely dry, trim around the image, leaving a small clear edge (3mm) around the image.Remove the backing paper from the printed image.

  You’d better use the heat transfer press machine. Preheat the heat press machine, and set the recommended transfer temperature to 150-160°C, the time is about 20-30 seconds, middle pressure.

  Prepare the substrate by ensuring the surface is clean, dry and wrinkle free.

  Place the printed image on top of the garment with the image facing up.

  Completely cover the image with an ironing sheet.

  Press: 30 seconds at 350°F (150-160°C, 20-30 seconds) using medium pressure.

  Once cold peel away ironing sheet in a smooth even motion. 

3). Washing

It is best to wait 24 hours before washing the first time.

You’d better wash singly in cold water with a mild detergent, not strong alkaline detergents and no bleach. Do not wash with other garments. Do not knead heavily. Do not dunk for long time. Do not dry wash.

4). Dry

Air it in shadow and dry place, do not dry by washing machine or hand or strong sun shine. Line dry in shade recommended.

Iron garments with mild temperature, do not iron directly over the image.
