China,the way we use to measure length of hair(straight,wave or curly texture....)is to made the hair flare out/stretched to straight,instead of measuring the hair directly.Meanwhile,since the length is measure by
hand, it is unavoidable that there will be small inaccuracy(0.1 to 0.3 inches is acceptable).

Q: Why the colors of hair extensions don?t seem exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: Different monitor have different display. And every time, maybe the same color No. will have a little color differentia. Please ask a help from the hair dresser for the colors? code as the international color swatch says.
Q: Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
Q: Can I dye color the hair?
A: yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. Improper dying will ruin the hair.
We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
Q: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
A: you can wash them as you would your own shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dyed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.
Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A: human hair has natural protein. It is easier to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke.
While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have little gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.
1).Never use alcoholic product which can dry the hair. Look for a good quality shampoo and conditioner which will add life to your extensions.
2) Never use a deep cleaning or clarifying shampoo on your hair extensions.
3). Conditioning is an important part of caring for your hair.You should shampoo and condition at least once every three to five days to keep the extensions looking their best. It’s also a good idea to mix water and a tiny bit of Macadamian oil in the spray bottle and then sprayed the curly hair all over,it can prevent hair become dry,then prevent it from tangling or matting
4).Wear a cap when swimming or keep your hair out of water.Chlorine and salt water can cause the hair to tangle and mat up.It is recommended to wear you hair up or in a ponytail when you swim and exercise
5).Braid the hair at night to prevent tangling
6).Don’t do any chemical treat by yourself,ask hairstlist do instead.
How to wash it:
1. Wash and condition hair regularly
2. Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair
3. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally. Do not expose to sun
5. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers from end to top. Do not brush
6. Brush straighter hair in a downward motion straight with the ends. Work your way up to the roots.
7. Certain items should not be brushed.Consult your hair stylist if in doubt.
8. Hair may tangled if general care directions are not followed properly.
