1.Generally, we ship the parcel to worldwide by DHL, EMS and DPEX, you can also request it shipped by ARAMEX, Fedex, TNT or UPS if needed. And by default, the free shipping order will be shipped by EMS or DHL. If you request the shipping way which is not DHL and EMS, please leave a message about the shipping way you want when you placing an order.

 

2. If you order a dress which happen to have in stock, we would deliver the dress with 24 working hours. If you order a dress which is custom made, we need 1 - 2 days to handle it, and will ship it whthin 3 days.

 

3. It will take about 3-7 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.

Delivery time(in normal condition): 

3-5 Days to US/Canada by DHL;
5-6 Days to Australia / Newzealand by EMS;
3-5 Days to Japan / Korean by EMS;
5-7 Days to Malaysia /Singapore by DPEX;
2-3 Days to United Kingdom by Fedex;

1. If we do the dresses in wrong size, wrong color, and wrong style etc. which is not same as you required in your order or with quality problem , you may return it to us and get a full refund (Shipping cost not included) or replace a new one for you.

(Note: the above terms are valid when: Return is made within 7 days fo receiving the dresses. And the returned dress must still be new condition as we sent, it is not allowed be dirty or altered.

 

2. If the dress don't fit you and you want to return it, you should pay for all the shipping fee. And if you want to exchange the dresses into higher value ones, the price defference will be charged.

 

3. If the dress is custom made, we don't accept return.

 

4. Any fee is caused in process of returning the dress is responsibled by the buyers, such as customs duty.
