Measuring Guide

 

 

 

To make your dress most suitable and perfect, pls measure yourself carefully 

 

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

 

Shipping

 

Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

 

It will take 7-15 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-8working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.

 

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 15-20 days once your payment is completed.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

 

Return policy

 

We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included.

We have a QC team who checks the quality of all the items before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line. 

All our products are covered by a 3-day policy for return and 7-day policy for exchange (Starts from the day you got the package). 

In essence this means that products can be returned by confirm the obvious quality defects, we will make the repairs or instant exchange and ship them back to you. 
Quality problem shall refer to product blemish by distinctive holes or serious discolored and craze. The dissatisfaction of product with the imagination of different material or error color applied on the merchandise, etc shall not be regarded as quality problem. We shall offer the solution for goods exchange in the event of product dissatisfaction from the customer.

 

Order Cancellations

 

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

 

Our Cancellations Policy 

 

- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Returning For Replacement or Refund

Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
