PRODUCT DETAILS:

We use solid wood for the headstock, neck and body; Maple, rosewood or ebony for fingerboard. Use the best pickups, best tuning keys and other hardward made in Korea. Hardward: Grover tuning keys in golden, silver or Chrome; Pickups electronic, toggle and switches are all good quality ones (Customer also can choose the hardwares that you want)

PAYMENT:

Payment methods available including aliexpress escrow( visa card or master card), Peipal, Westn Uni0n and bank to bank wire transfer(TT), which all depends on your convenience. 

DELIVERY:

Once payment has been confirmed, your item will be shipped within 3 business working days.Usually, it will take 5-7 days to U.S.A. Shipping via EMS, It's service is both fast and courteous, and we will provide you with the tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on it's website.

SHIPPING:

Free shipping by EMS. ( other shipping ways are optional but clients need to pay 50%.)

PACKAGE:

All guitars don't come with a hard case, unless there is mark ( guitar with a hardcase) in the products title. For the hardshell, it is optional to buy for all the guitars, if you buy it, we will ship the guitar inside the hardcase for better protection. If you don't buy the hard case, we will use foam and carton to pack for shipping.

CUSTOMS RELEASE ( LESS OR NO CUSTOMS TAX FOR YOU!)

We will ship item as a birthday gift and report the goods value by 40 USD. You may need to pay little or no customs duties. The customs will open the package and revalue the guitar sometimes, We have enough experience to help you get the guitar through safely.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept return if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase,or if the product arrived to you in a damaged condition. Unsatisfied customers may ship the product back immediately with the original packaging within 3 days. We will send your refund the product fee as soon as I receive the item. If possible, we can refund you partly to repair if the goods is not seriously damaged, which all depends on our negotiation.
