Sundyn multimedia information terminal(MMIT) system is a management information system that combined by software and hardware can be used as Information release platform, customer interactive platform,and service quality feedback platform applied to business hall windows and counter of Government agencies and enterprise.

Sundyn MMIT system can transmit various media information such as text  pictures and video etc. to each window or counter of the user, can be used as input and output device interact with customers, can collect feedback information of staffs' service quality from customers.

Main functions

1,It can transmit various media information such as texts, pictures and videos of  various format from server to each window and counter, and Sundyn-M7can play these texts, pictures and videos etc.to customer in time.

2 Sundyn media information terminal system can output part of business information to M7 Screen for customers' reference.

3, After dealing with the corresponding business, customers can evaluate staffs' service manner,service efficiency, professional levels and whether on-the-job etc independently (the contents of the evaluation can be defined ) ; evaluation data will be transformed at real-time ,thus dissatisfaction or complaints info can be fed back to the executive staff of the hall through SMS or Windows in time so as to supervise and improve staffs' service quality effectively.

4,staffs? identity  can be identified through software login mode or the staff seat card ; evaluation information is  specific to each one. Working time and evaluation interval time can be set to avoid baleful evaluation effectively.

   5The management system software uses B/S structure,  so there is no need to install client software.  Users can release information, check statistics, print report,and config device   through browser.

   6 For Management system software , Users with different permission can only operate within the permission.
