Main functions

1,It can transmit various media information such as texts, pictures and videos of  various format from server to each window and counter, and Sundyn-M7can play these texts, pictures and videos etc.to customer in time.

2 Sundyn media information terminal system can output part of business information to M7 Screen for customers' reference.

3, After dealing with the corresponding business, customers can evaluate staffs' service manner,service efficiency, professional levels and whether on-the-job etc independently (the contents of the evaluation can be defined ) ; evaluation data will be transformed at real-time ,thus dissatisfaction or complaints info can be fed back to the executive staff of the hall through SMS or Windows in time so as to supervise and improve staffs' service quality effectively.

4,staffs? identity  can be identified through software login mode or the staff seat card ; evaluation information is  specific to each one. Working time and evaluation interval time can be set to avoid baleful evaluation effectively.

   5The management system software uses B/S structure,  so there is no need to install client software.  Users can release information, check statistics, print report,and config device   through browser.

   6 For Management system software , Users with different permission can only operate within the permission.
