1. There are EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and China post air mail for choosing.
2. China post air mail costs much more time and risk than other express companies. Customers who choose China post air mail as shipping option, please notice that we only will undertake a half risk of parcel loss.

Customer should clear about the forbidden goods in your country before placing order, as different countries have different rules, seller can not familiar with every countries' rules, if the goods was prohibited import into buyer's country then, buyer need to bare the shipping cost of sending out and returning back.
4. Online price is not include any extra tax or custom clearance fee in customer country, we will try our best to help you to get the goods, but we are not responsible for custom clearance in customer's country.

                            Refund/Replacement                            

1. We will refund you or provide replacement for items which be returned within 5 days after you receiving them, only for quality or wrong sending reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition to ensure we can resell again.

3. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components by factitiously is not refundable.
