For customized dresses, you need either to choose the standard size in the following chart or inform us your sizes (including plus sizes) of: BUST, WAIST, HIPS, SHOULDER TO FLOOR, other sizes would be helpful if available like nipple to nipple, shoulder to waist etc.

Color Chart for all Fabrics--Considering the difference of lighting and the display of monitor, the color you see from compute may be kind of different from that of the item you received. The actual color should be the color of item you received.

Returning For Replacement or Refund

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

For a custom made item-If there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video, once it is verified, you can send the item back, customer commits the shipping cost, and we will give you a full refund of the item.

Useful Tips

1. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, there might be a little color difference. The actual color should be the color of item you received.

2. Due to hand tailor and measuring, a tolerance of 1" in any directions is reasonable.

3. For custom made or copy dress, the similarity level is 88%-95%. If you are a perfectionist, please do not submit the order.

4. Due to time issue, it is very helpful if you provide the wedding or event date.

5. None of accessiories included for the dress. You can contact us if you need any of the accessories.

6. The dress is custom made and we are not able to accept return or replacement if there is no quality issues. We can offer you a revise service based on your requirement. We will be responsible if there is wrong measurement or quality issue because of our careless work. Please contact us once find such issues when you receive the dress within 3 days.
