It was to be no easy task to improve upon the frame that has taken the champions of both Sky and Movistar to numerous victories, seen Wiggins pedal into yellow and move the world champion sprinter Mark Cavendish to claim, "this frame is perfect" after his first ride aboard the Dogma 2.
To better a frame that had already been awarded such praise, Pinarello's engineers asked their partners Toray for collaboration in improving an industry leading 60HM1K carbon fiber.
The fruit of the combined efforts is the completely new and exclusive 65Ton HM 1K carbon fiber that is stronger, more rigid and more resistant than any previous variety. This new frame will be more rigid, more reactive and even better prepared for the rigors of professional cycling.
Additionally, with the increasing importance of electronic groupsets, the Pinarello Lab has worked diligently to produce a frame that is built for both mechanical and electronic transmissions.
The new Dogma 65.1 Think 2 is designed for perfect integration for electronic groups with internal cable routing designed specifically for their particular cable widths both for Campagnolo and Shimano systems.

1.  Asymmetry Frame and fork.  
2.   2013 design gets an upgrade to a 1.5" lower headset bearing. This allows a larger diameter steerer tube at the fork crown. The resulting benefit for you is a 19% boost in front end stiffness to give you more predictable braking and a more precise steering feel. Another part of the fork re-design includes smoother, more aero fork legs and a sculpted crown that integrates seamlessly into the re-shaped down tube. The Dogma 2 also loses most of the curvaceous ribbing that swept around the tube junctures on the front triangle and stays of the Dogma. All of the cables are now routed internally as well. These changes make for a 6% improvement in the aerodynamic efficiency of the frame.

• The frame is manufactured in the world-class OEM factory that builds the best frames offered by the major bike manufacturers. It uses the same mold as the dogma frame with Toray T700 3K carbon fiber. Pinarello tweaks their frames a bit more by adding nano-alloys to the carbon, but 95% of carbon frames on the market will be the same as your new frame. T700 carbon fiber is recognized by frame builders for providing superior stiffness while absorbing road shock, giving riders an immediate response out of the saddle without jarring them over a long ride.
• The frame comes with a two year manufacturer’s warranty, guaranteeing that we will do our best to repair or replace any frame that does not meet your satisfaction. All frames undergo the same testing procedures required by US CPSC and European Bike standards (Road standard: EN147810) and that are applied to brand name production. 
  This is not a trick. It is cheap because you are buying a frame without paying for branding, dealer networks, or the cost of team sponsorships reflected in the price of brand names. 
  The frames are built and painted to order at the factory.  The process takes around 15-18 days and then we will deliver directly to your door!
