(The materials of the dress are all high quality ones. The color of cheap materials will fade/discolor in a short period of time)

Production Time: We have able to delivery dress very fast. Normally it take 10-18 days for Custom orders and delivery time about 3- 7 days for shipping.
But If you place order at January 12th,2012 ----February 12th,2012 made the dress need 45-60 days because it`s Chinese New Year factory will have a The Spring Festival holiday. Hope you can understand,Thanks!

1. To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.
2. To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully.
3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.

Most dresses are Custom-Made as per buyer`s Request. So,We cannot accept returns or exchanges on dresses whose style has been big changed(big difference with the original pictures) by you, Therefore, it is the customer`s responsibility to check the right size, color, styles before ordering. if Because of our causes an error, such as: Wrong size, Poor quality of materials or Damaged and so on,We will Fix it for free or Make a whole New one for you.
