Our dresses are custom-made, there is no ready product, we can make dress according to your sizes and color. Normally, we need 10-15 working days to make a dress, and 3-10 days to ship, if you are urgently, please feel free to let me know, we can make your dress in priority after your payment arrived. In order to get your dress early, please tell me the sizes and color you need ASAP, and please do not forget to remind me of your request details, thanks.

We ship items by EMS to worldwide with free shipping, but this is just avaliable for some places(USA,UK,Australia,Canada,French,Germany,Spain,Norway,Sweden etc), please be sure ask me the shipping before you place bid, and if you want to choose another shipping methods, you need to pay addtional fees for it with a big discount.

Return policy

We know that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. we refused returns without any quality questions, if you want to amend the the dress, you have to pay for the shipping.

For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.
For returns, restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

1. To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.
2. To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully.
3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s  responsibility.
5. There will be some extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the model.
