3. The estimated delivery dates are 15 - 20 days by small package , 5 - 7 day by EMS Our experience is that some parcels take longer time due to delay of customs clearance and public holidays / climate and local events .

4 . If you do not receive the parcel after 30 days of mailing date and it needs another 20 days to track the missing parcel .
