if the parcel can't be delivered in 60 days,please don't leave negative feedback too early,usually you could get it later,

we will deliver free via "China post air mail" default(not all the counrties are free,some countries maybe need shipping cost) ,
if need to deliver via fast expresss such as DHL,EMS,Fedex,UPS,etc,maybe you need to pay for partail shipping cost

We can't guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times

Sizing or Fit Issues
how to measure?
As all of our dress/leggings/pants/or other goods are hand-sewn and customer tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately ±3 cmin the specified measurements.
most of goods in my store are in chinese size,maybe they are small,
please read size information in the”Size Reference "section before ordering
(there are several customers even didn't know their size and didn't see our size information,they bought
a wrong size,then give us nagative feedback on purpose,we are very disappointed!)
If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us.if it's our mistake, we will solve it for you.if it's yours ,please don't give our negative feedback!
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting,
background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see
if a return or refund is possible.
The different production block may cause the color mismatch problem,
Sometimes you need to help us take some pictures to show the problem.
Warranty & Maintenance:
Buyers may request for a replacement within 7 days from your receipt of the product.
The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs
for return. (sometime it's all our fault,you needn't pay for it)
Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us.
After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number.
As soon as we receive the items, we will repair/ exchange them or refund ASAP.
