We choose products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. So the quality is guaranteed.
If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact us and we will discuss the issue in an open, honest way.
In general, if a product develops a fault during the 365 days since you received it, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return for repair or replacement.
Customers need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to our return address in china.
Taxes on imported goods
We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
However - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

We are a Chinese company. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country's customs are concerned.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from China. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

Why can't I choose my desired courier for free shipping items?
Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. We will choose the fast and best way to deliver your goods. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.
How would you ship them to me?
We currently ship small and medium sized orders by international couriers.
Shipping method we also use is DHL, UPS, USPS, EMS, Hong Kong Post, Singapore post or china post, usually they will deliver the package to your door, and you don't need to pick up the package by yourself, we cannot guarantee delivery to your door since every country’s post has a different way of working.
We have professional team to pack the orders, we use cardboard package, and put a lot of bubble in the package to avoid the damage.
How Long Will It Take To Delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination.
