Before you place the order to us, please read the following clauses carefully. You are regarded as agreed upon the following clauses if you paid for the order:
1. Languages: If the buyer don't confirm the language while making the order, English is the default.
2. Pictures: Pictures may be a little different with real products due to the different softwares.
3. Shipping DHL/UPS: some addresses are regarded as remote areas by UPS/DHL. if we check and find it's remote area, we have right not to send the goods or change to EMS if the buyer don't response or not pay the remote area shipfee. (Usually 30USD)
4. Shipping EMS: Please check if buyer's country have EMS or not before the buyer choose EMS. We have right to change into DHL or refuse to send if there is no EMS in buyer's country. We don't be responsible if any delay caused.
5. Please see the products pictures carefully before you pay for it. You have to make custom clearance by yourself. As some countries forbid importing the ordered products, the customs of buyer's country may seize the product. We are not responsible for any problems caused by the customs of buyer's country.
6. Declaration: If the buyer don't have a special requirements, We will declare the ordered products as "Sample Gift", or mobile phones as "Handset Sample"; dreamboxes as "Set Box/MediaPlayer samples/TNT receiver", CCTV Cameras as “web camera sample”, some accessories as “Spareparts ” or “Gifts” etc. Declared value is usually below $30 each on the shipping invoice to avoid tax. We don't have any responsibility if the buyer refuse to pay tax.
