is that some parcels take longer time due to delay of customs clearance and public holidays / climate and local events .

4 . If you do not receive the parcel after 30 days of mailing date and it needs another 20 days to track the missing parcel .

in original condition first and we will refund the payment on time when we receive the item .

If there is no item in stock and you disagree to replace with the similar item , we will refund in full .
