Laser products are warranted to conform to Lasever' s published specifications and to be free from defects in materials and workman-ship for a period of twelve months starting on the shipping date. Lasever will repair or replace (at our decision) ASAP without charge, any part(s) found to be defective during the warranty period.
Our warranties do not cover damages due to misuse, negligence or accidents or due to installations, repairs or adjustments not authorized by Lasever Inc.
If a problem occurs and can't be solved by phone, fax, or email, you may return lasers to Lasever Inc. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping the laser. We'll provide you details on shipping and customs information with the RMA number. All lasers and components should be carefully packed to avoid damage during shipment.
Operation and Safety
1. Laser beam is a super-bright light with large-density energy, so you should be careful to avoid injury or accident during operation. Eyes should never been exposed to the laser beam or its reflection. Laser beam should never be pointed at flammable substances such as alcohol, gasoline, etc.
2. The laser diode is a sensitive semiconductor component. Electro static discharge should be avoided. Please don't exceed the rated current to achieve higher output.
3. Additional heatsinking or other cooling methods should be employed to disperse heat when a laser will be working for an extended period or the case becomes hot.
