1)    All our wedding and party shoes can be custom made in various size ( Euro 32-44)  , customers can choose colors,heel height ,all the shoes are all make by hand, with high quality material and deliate workmanship.

2)      The material we use on the shoes include suede ,patent leather ,PU etc.

3)      The embellishment include gems ,crystals ,peral ,handmade flowers etc

4)      Heel : flat heel ,5cm ,7.5cm.8cm,10.5cm and so on

5)   shoes Processing time is about 5-7days,

6)  custom made shoes cant return,unless is quality problem

7) Quality assurance:since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we will check the shoes carefully before ship to you,we will not send bad quality shoes to you

as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.

if our fault or quality problem,if we send wrong shoes, we can EXchange it for you, but if customers received shoes and dont like it, think not beautiful,and require return, we dont accept ,
