About us: Our towel factory is in Zhejiang Province. We operate successfully in the domestic market in the past years. Even we have also done some businesses across the country borders. However we are still new in the foreign markets. We do try to enlarge our business internationally. So wholesale is available. Products which can be designed according to the customers' requirements(size, pictures, material, specific colours, etc) are only available under a big order. 1. What does ‘Free Shipping’ mean?
'Free shipping' means buyers do not need to pay the shipping cost, but should be responsible for any Customs duty or fee if caused.

2. What are the differences between China Post and EMS (DHL)?
China Post is only for packages less than 2KG. The main advantage is low cost on shipping, but it takes much longer time, about 12 ~ 20 days to USA, EUROPEA, ASIA, about 20 ~ 30 days to CANADA, SOUTH AMERICA, etc.
EMS (DHL) is better for large packages. It takes about 4 ~10 days to most countries.

Let us know the colors, designs, sizes, etc that you want.
Check your name/address/post code/phone number.
To avoid or minimize your costs&troubles, pls suggest the value of goods for Customs Clearance if needs.
2. What we will do after you order?
Prepare & dispatch in 1~2 days after the payment.
Inform the tracking numbers.
Email or call buyers if something happens on products or delivery (no one at home when delivery, items are out of stock, etc).
