Once you make an order, it will take 10-20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 10 days. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Return Policy

• If you can check the measurement guide carefully before you order, there shall not be a problem with size. In the unlikley event you ordered the wrong size or the item arrived defective, we can still exchange for you.
• Refunds will only be given on defective items (excludes postage cost).
• Returned items must be in good condition and buyer pays the returnning shipping cost.
• Exchange: buyer pays the shipping fee back, we pay the shipping fee go. - We do not charge restocking fee but we can not refund shipping for items return for refund.- Always contact us before sending the item back.
• Sorry for we won't accept worn out after you fitting and man-made. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail for exchange or refund.
