1. Do I need frame to install it?
The headunit is totally designed according to the original factory panel of Jeep Vehicle, it will fit
your vehicle seamlessly without any cutting and no need for frame.
2. Do I need buy any wire adapter.
The headunit get the original harness and plug-and-play compatibility,not need to cut any wire and
no need for any wire adapter.
3. What is the delivery time?
We will send the goods within 5 days after your payment. If we have stock, we will send soon.
4. When will I get the goods?
The goods reach you within 7 days by DHL, within 20 days by EMS in usual.
For the custom clearance, some area may take longer then 20 days by EMS,for example Brazil, we will
consider to ship it by Fedex or DHL to shorten the shipping time.
5. Can I update the GPS software(Map)?
We send Free IGO Map with SD card as gift, if you don't like it, you can also buy other map from
your local place. This GPS supports many kinds of Map such as ROUTE66 IGO NDRIVE.
6. Can I install the Car DVD by myself?
We don't recommend, please install it by professional technican,and ask him to check the device before installation, if any problem, please let me know before you leaving a negative comment. Because that may happen in case of wrong operation or misunderstanding.
7. Why it is not free shipping as advertised?
Because different area has different shipping cost, the cost difference is huge, so we only set some area with free shipping, and other area , we add the shipping cost difference.
