Shipping and handing

Order cancellation policy
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Dresses need to be returned in the condition they were received, free of stains, tears and odours etc. Submit a return request to seller within 3 days of your order’s shipment. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 3 day of your order’s shipment or without prior approval from my shop. Once received at our confirmation to accept return, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days, item is needed to arrive us in 15 days after it is shipped, overdue will not be eligible for a return.
