We ship items to worldwide by free shipping.
(Please contact us when you can’t see free shipping in the item, because the system is not perfect to display free shipping to all countries)
1) Expedited Service: China Post Air Mail (The parcel is trackable and free shipping to all over the world)
2) Delivery is guaranteed! If your shipment is lost or seized, we will reship once at our expense (just inform us to check the shipment status if delayed over 55 days, but don’t open a dispute)
3) Make sure you enter the correct receiver address, zip code and contact number (It’s very important when the courier deliver the parcel )
4) We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us an incorrect address; also we are not responsible for any import tax or custom dues on your package.

When will my order be sent?
Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri before 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be sent the following 2 WORKING day. We do not ship orders at weekends or on bank holidays. We ARE NOT held responsible for delays in delivery. For example order 11:00am Tuesday and your order will be with you on Wednesday. Order 8:00pm Wednesday and your order will be with you on Friday.
How will my order be sent?
We use Royal Mail to ship all our orders, utlising the the fastest service. All Recorded or International Signed, will require a signature on delivery.
We can also send items by DHL, UPS or FedEx, costs differ, please email us if you require this shipping service.
What will I be charged for delivery? Can you combine shipping?
Delivery is the standard rate, please refer to the table above.
We are happy to combine shipping on the same order, please request this when you have finished your purchases.

What if my ordered item(s) is not in stock?

Standard Returns
We are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 7 days of being received, and providing item has not been used or opened and is in original condition. An email MUST be sent before returning your item, a note must be enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and your ebay login name and item number. Postage for returned items will not be refunded.
Faulty Items
All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace where possible, or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
