 Sample Policy

1.Visuals Sample: 

Our Design Studio can provide a rapid turn around for virtual visual requests. What you get back is a representation of how the promotional items you are considering will look with your imprint. It's FREE!

2.Real Sample:

All our products can provide sample for reference. It's FREE, you only need to pay for the freight of sending the sample. Just contact our sales with your sample request, you can get it for FREE.

3.Sample with You Artwork 

You can request a sample with your artwork printing before place an order. In this case, you need to pay for the setup cost and  the freight of sending the sample. However, the setup cost will refun to you if you place the order to us. 

  Shipping

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 10 days once your payment is completed.

We do not uarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
