All jewelry will be carefully packed and shipped to you in an elegant case (please see example below):
Note: If you only buy one item in our shop, we will give you nice packing box, but if you wholesale many items in our shop, we ususlly pack the products with OPP bags. If you wanna special package like this exquisite packing box, you have to pay for the extra packing cost. Anyway, if you have any problems, please contact us freely, thank you for your cooperation!
About Shipping:
1) Our standard delivery are UPS (3-5 business days) and EMS (6-10 business days), and we will provide a package tracking number after your order.
PAY ATTENTION: For China Post Air Mail, the shipping cost is cheaper, but you have to wait a longer time to receive the goods, which takes nearly 7-30days. And orders over 2 kg, shipped to other countries, or need urgent delivery; you can choose other shipping methods. You are free to choose the most suitable shipping method for your special requirement. We will advise you the actual weight and freight for your mixed order which will be much more cost-effective, please contact us before payment.
2) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price nor are shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
3) You can mix different items from our shop together!
About Payment:

Return Policy:
1) Should returns be required, please contact us for a return authorization within 3 calendar days of the receipt of the product.
2) We do not cover any items for damage after use.
