Payment

A:Currently, payment options we accept are Credit Card, Moneybookers, and bank transfer. 

B:Your payment will be firstly held by Escrow, and it will not reach to our account until you sign the parcel.

Shipping and Handling

A: It will take us 3-5 days to tailor your dress.

B: Normally we use EMS express free for you, that will take 4-7 business days. If you need other shipping way, please contact us first:)

We welcome your coming pictures any time! You can offer us your pictures, we will review carefully and quote a reasonable price to you, and no extra fee!

Return Policy

A.You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.

B.Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.
