About the artwork on ceramic poker chips:
1) If you like , you can choose the ones we post in our store to design your chips directly .
2) For custom artworks:
Preferred file formats:
*.psd (Photoshop), *.ai (Illustrator), *.eps (Illustrator and other vector artwork software), *.jpg
Colors:
CMYK ( RGB is also OK.)
Colors from the physical samples can’t be exactly the same as the ones from your artwork files after printing.
Prototypes will be produced for your approval before mass production for your custom orders.

2) We promise that we will dispatch your goods under minimum orders on Aliexpress within 48hours (Excluding holidays) after cleared payment being received. (Aliexpress often needs to take approx. 24hours to audit your payment.)

About Return:
1. We hope our products can always make you satisfied. The goods will be carefully checked by Q.C. before shipping.
2. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the goods has been made to your order specifications. If you receive wrong goods which doesn’t match the descriptions online posted on Aliexpress, please contact us by e-mail or online service within 3 days after the arrival, better with pictures to show the problem clearly. After confirmation of the wrong goods, the order payment will be refunded to you or we will send the new goods for replacement free of charg

If you receive damaged goods or defective goods, do not click “confirm delivery” button, please take photos of the damaged goods and package, write down the damaged conditions and contact us at the first time. It’s a must for you to obtain “Proof of Damage” documentation from UPS carrier at your local area. After that, we’ll refund the payment for the damaged goods or send the new replacement free of charge.
