1.Full payment must be made within 10 days of placing your order.

Handling :

This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a courier bag. Steam press is recommended after international transportation.

We offer shiping goods with EMS ,DHL ,TNT and UPS.

Notice:
It will take 7-15 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.

Return Policy (please read carefully):

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we advise you to follow these steps:

1 .We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer of you.

2 The buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery if they wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items..

3 .The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

4. We must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 10 days, no credit or exchange will be given

5 Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you

6 ..For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns .
