1. For “Free Shipping Items”, we will choose the courier company ourselves. If the parcel is less than 2KG, normally we send it by China Post Air Mail Parcel. If the parcel is more than 2kg or the package size is larger than 90CM, we will use EMS or other courier companies or we will send it as two or more parcels together by China Post Air Mail Parcel.
2. Delivery time:
1) To transportation developed countries: around 7-45 days by China Post Air Mail Parcel. EMS or other courier company will be much faster.
2) To remote countries: about 2-8 weeks by China Post Air Mail Parcel.
3. If you want to use faster courier companies, like EMS, FEDEX, TNT, DHL etc., please feel free to let us know. We will do our best to satisfy you.
4. The delivery time is also depending on your country customs clearance time or some unexpected Force Majeure matters. You can try to contact your customs or local post office to ask about whether the goods are arrived. Maybe you can get the goods earlier than you just wait for it at home.
