All items will be shipped within three business days once we receive your payment. Normally, it will be sent out via Airmail, and takes up 17 business days. If it exceeds the delivery period and the item does not arrive, please contact us, we will resolve it for you soon.
Please note that a wig is very personal item. We do not accept return for reasons such as I do not like the styles and color. Once you return the wig to us, we do not sell it to anyone else since it is used. We normally ask customers to donate the wig to local charity instead of asking them to return it. We will refund or send another only if the wig is faulty. Please do show us the fault by sending pictures of it. We hope all buyers are aware of this and you can understand why we set up these rules.
If the wig is faulty, it is very likely caused by delivery or lazy QC workers. No matter who made the mistake, we will take the responsibility of any faults caused before you open the package. Please allow us sometime or send another or refund you before you leave us bad feedbacks or low ratings. You will definitely be 100% satisfied with our service, although we can not guarantee 100% perfect goods.
