Within 48 hours of placing Your Order you will receive an order confirmation confirming the particulars of Your dress and the estimated delivery date which depending on availability of materials, complexity and size of Your order may be beyond the normal 25 Day period. All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 15~20 days for making and another 3~6 business days for shipping.

Custom Size & Color

It is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout.

Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.

Return & Exchange

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by weddingdressesshop.co.za within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless weddingdressesshop.co.za is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
