If this machine can't run properly:

1. There is no TF card, the TF card is damaged or the TF card has no enough space;

2. The power of machine is low.

Can't connect to the computer ?

So you should check if the computer is connected correctly.
 

Can't open the mobile hard disk?

So you should check if the TF card is inserted.

Charging from the computer for long , and the charging indicator light is flickering all the time, but the fully charged indicator light doesn't show for a long time.

Only when the charging voltage is over 5V, will the charging indicator light be on for a long time after fully charged. While the USB connector of the computer is only 3.8V, so the charging indicator light keeps flickering.

Operation has no reaction.
