Before you place the order to us, please read the following clauses carefully. You are regarded as agreed upon the following clauses if you paid for the order.

       Language: If the buyer doesn’t confirm the language while making the order, English is the default. 

          Pictures: Pictures may be a little different due to the different version software.

         Shipping DHL/UPS: some addresses are regarded as remote areas by UPS/DHL. If we check and find its remote area, we will not send the goods if the buyer doesn’t pay the remote area ship fee. (Usually 30USD)

       Shipping EMS: Please check if buyer's country has EMS or not before the buyer choose EMS. We have right to change into DHL or refuse to send if there is no EMS in buyer's country. We don't be responsible if any delay caused.

       As some countries forbid importing the mobile phones, the customs of buyer's country may seize the product. We are not responsible for any problems caused by the customs of buyer's country.

       Declaration: If the buyer doesn’t have a special requirement, we will declare mobile phones as “Communication Device”, “Sample Gift" or "Handset"; below $30/each on the shipping invoice to avoid tax. We don't have any responsibility if the buyer refuses to pay tax.

Shipping & Tax Policy:

. Items will be shipped within 3-7 business day on payment received, depend on your order quantity.

. Note: if you haven't received the item on the Delivery Time, Please contact us by email if you have any questions, normally, your mail will be replied within 24 Hours. If you still haven't got the reply after 24 hours, please check the spam of your email box. We will try our best to give you the best solution by communication.

. To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country, or another free trade area, can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges - for example a Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc. Buyer, as the importer, is responsible for paying any such costs. We have no control over what buyer may be charged by his/her own national tax authorities and we are not responsible for compensating buyer for payment of any such costs. However, we will try our best to assist the buyers by providing the required documentations. If buyer does not know how much (if any) import tax might be liable to pay, please check with the local tax authorities BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase.

Return:

1. Please notify us within 14 days (according to the posting date).

2. Please complete the RMA form for any return items.

3. Return items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.

4. We will replace items which are malfunctioning items for 30 days from the date you receive them. Items which have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.

5. Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 7 days upon receipt.

6. Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason except DOA (dead on arrival).

7. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable at any case.
