2. Minimum order:
Minimum Order is 1-2 pcs/style/colour/mix sizes. All of our wedding dresses are no MOQ limitied.

3. Lead Time:
The production time of wedding dress is 10-25days according to you order quantity. For rush order, our production time is 3-7days.

4. Packaging:

For all of our wedding dress is one piece one polyester bag, and with carton package!

5. Shipping and Handling method: 

Sent by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS or acccording to your request.

This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a courier bag or carton. Steam press is recommended after international transportation.

If you can't find a style you like in our collection, we can make dresses in your own design. You can send us pictures patterns, and we would make by your specifications.

8.Refund policy is very important:

2. When you got the dress , please cantact us first if there's any problem, we will do our best to resolve the question for you, so please cantact us before you leave the neutral or negative feedback .
3. Also we accept refund or change if the item is fault, the dress must be back to us within 3 days after you received it, please ensure dress is brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations). For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns . We will do the refund or change once the dress arrive .
