How to Measure

BUST
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your bust.

WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline, being the smallest part.

LOW WAIST
Measure Approximately 2" below the natural waistline or 2 fingers below the navel. This measurement applies to all of our pants and shorts. It is also used for any skirt that sits below the navel.

HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hip.

European Sizing
Please take all measurements in centimeters and then divide by
2.54 which will give you the equivalent in inches.
An example would be a waist size of 78.74 centimeters divided by
2.54 would equal a 31 inch waist.

Height: fit best for those with height (from head to floor) 158 cm to 175 cm

Return Policy: 

1. You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.
2. Return can be acceptable only if large color difference if you can’t deal with it by yourself via our assisting first.
3. Dress (es) must be postmarked back to us within 14 days from when the item was received. We highly recommend that you insure your package; Ever-Pretty is not responsible if the returned items do not arrive to us.
4. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.
5. Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.
6. If a refund request, we only issue refund after getting the returned dress.

Shipping terms: 

1. CHINA POST AIL MAIL: around 14-30 days to arrive.CPAM is the cheapst shipping cost.
2. EMS shipping time about 5-7 days.EMS is strength in the country such as:  USA,Canada,Australia,Singapore,UK,France,Netherland,Sweden,Germany,Japan,Fenland,Brazil,Greece.If you are not in these countries, you would better choose other ship company.
3. TNT or DHL is strength for most of the country all over the world, but shipping cost would be a little higher than EMS. Shipping time usually about 3-5 business days.

1. The dress does not include any accessories:such as gloves, wedding veil and the little jacket(showed in the picture). The price we quote is only for the dress. But if you want, we can make them for you.
