SHIPMENT
- Brand new Item will be sending out within 3 working days after receiving payment.
- We provide EMS/ DHL/ UPS/ TNT/ FEDEX Express shipping. Normally, EMS takes 4-7 days to arrive, DHL/ UPS/ TNT/ FEDEX take 3-5 days to arrive at all major destinations. Delivery time is provided by Carrier and excludes weekends/ holidays. Delivery time may vary, particularly during the holiday season. Some countries or remote areas may take longer time.
- We also provide Airmail shipment. It takes around 7-15 days to major destinations, sometimes longer since the destination local Customs’ reason. Please be patient. We’ll follow up your parcel after delivery.
- We are NOT responsible for delays due to Carrier Mishandling, Customs delay, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Please check Address carefully when processing order to avoid any failure delivery. Please leave your contact information to us for following up your order.
- While receiving the goods, please check if any damaged package. Please make sure to open the carton and don’t sign it before you confirm the items are in good condition. If any thing broken outside or even inside, please take a photo and send it to us. We will contact courier to responsible for it.
- In order to ensure your order tax free, we will declare a lower value on invoice. It doesn’t reflect the price you paid. Any import charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not reasonable for any import duty/ tax, or any other extra charges happened in the destination port.
Return policy
- All transactions are final and no refund will be given. The only case to return the item is defective situation.
- Defective item will be offered replacement only, no refunds or credits will be given.
- All defective situations must be reported within 3 days upon receipt of the items. After our confirmation of item returning acceptance, the item must be returned with original packing to us within 7 days from the date we confirmed the returning acceptance.
- All returned items must be marked with you ID, buyer email address, item number and returning reasons (in English) for our process. It may take up to 5 working days to process the returned item(s) after receipt. If you do not mark above information for us, we are not able to follow up your case.
- Buyer should be responsible for the shipping fee of returned item(s), and we will bear the postage fee of resent item(s).
- Shipment fee and insurance are not refundable in any case.
