4. Available color: We have white/blue/red models in stock ALL THE TIME; and sometimes we also have green/yellow lamps.

5. Lead time: 1) white/blue/red bulb -- 2 days; 2) green/yellow bulb -- depends on if we have them in stock when you order.  Please kindly contact us when you want to choose these colors.

6. Installation: All of our LED bulbs are designed for easy DIY installation & direct replacement. If the bulb doesn't turn on after installation, please simply re-insert it oppositely (because LED bulb has polarity like a battery).

7. Please note: This bulb for DC 12 volt only; do not place in rain or water area

8. Package: Anti static bag

1. Price: 1) white/blue/red bulb --- $15/lot; 2) green/yellow bulb --- $20/lot. For each lot, you can freely mix the bulbs with different colors!!!!!

2. Discount:  1) 1~4 lot(s) -- No discount; 2) 5~10 lots -- discount of 3%;  3) 11~20 lots -- discount of 5%

If you need more than 20 lots, please contact us via our trademanager or email, we'll offer best discount according to your order quantity. 

Warranty and Guarantee      

1. The products we offer are all with high quality and under strict examination before they are shipped. We offer 2 years warranty. Please just buy our items with full confidence!!!

2. Within 3 months use, if our bulbs become faulty and can't work, you may send them back to us. We'll ship you replacements within 1 day after receive your defective items. You are only responsible of returning shipping cost, we'll pay the postage of replacements. 

3. Over 3 months use, if our bulbs become faulty and can't work, you can also send them back to us. We'll ship you replacements within 1 day after receive your defective items. You are responsible of both shipping cost of faulty items and replacements. 

4. Please note:  Man-made defects are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.

1. Items will be only shipped after payment is received.

2. We provide EMS,DHL,UPS,TNT or Airmail for shipping method.

3. Delivery time:

--- By Airmail: 7~21 working days

--- By Express: 5-10 working days

Occasionally, it may delay due to your local customer clearance. Please be patient and if you not get your goods after 30 days, please contact us soon to resolve the problem.
