1.Q:Is the jewelry come with the card like in the picture?
A:Yes most of products will come with the card like in the pictures
2. Q: If I buy more, will there be any discount?
A: 1. For new customers: There is 5% discount for order value above $200, also we will send you gift free. And for order below $100, we will send you free gift only.
2. For old customer: 5% discount for any value.
3. Q: When can I receive item after made payment?
A: Normally, we will send it by China post for the value below $150,and it takes about 20-35 days arrive. If your total value is over $150,we will send by EMS or DHL free which takes about 4-13 days arrive.
4. Q: I still have not received the item after 30 days, what should I do?

A: Every item before shipping is well inspected, though we packed well, it still can't be avoid because of rouge handling by shipping worker. In this case, please contact us and let me know how many quantity in broken, please email me what you prefer: refund you relative money or resend to you.
