Exchange policy:
If the product does not work in 3 month, exchange is acceptable. Faulty items should be sent to our factory firstly. After we received the faulty one, replacement will be sent. If replacement need to be arranged before the receipt of faulty one, 100% deposit of the new items will be charged. Once we get the faulty one, deposit will be returned.
Notice:
1. If the products are damaged by strong currency and misuse, we will repair. But if there are some main parts broken, such as CCD, lens and some other expensive parts, we will charge some fee and we will not pay for shipping costs.
