2.For frame/stretcher bar,It’s not sold together with paintings;Otherwise there is option or clear description.We leave extra 4-6cm on each sides for framing use,And please go for ur local frame shop for framing.

3.All paintings are reproductions,please consider twice if you could accept the  difference between reproduction and original painting.Please view our samples as belows.

4.Painting time is 3-5 days to complete the order .

Portrait painting and the palette knife order,it takes more time for drying.

5.Shipping via Dhl or EMS for Most Countries, shipping time is 4-6 days if all goes fine.

6.Please check the package if anything is safe and everything is there as what you order ;please contact us or the courier ASAP if any problems caused.

7.Once get the packages,Please open it immediately and unfold the paintings on floor or table in case there are creases or wrinkles caused .Coz paintings are rolled into tube.

8.If there are some crease or wrinkles on the sides,there are two solutions:

8.1 If it’s just small problem,please go to frame shop and get paintings stretched/framed ASAP.

8.2 If there are many creases, please carefully use the Iron With some water to Smooth the canvas.

8.3 There might be some paint on the sides ,which will be left at the back after stretching.Please consider twice before buying that u can accept it or not.
