• Fill the well in the palette two thirds full of water. change the water regularly

• Moisten your brush or sponge and apply to the paint disc, if the brush is too wet , the color will be weak, if the paint is cracking on your face use a little more water.

• Rinse out the brush or sponge between colors and after use.

• Mix other colors:

Blue+ Yellow=Green

Yellow+ Red=Orange

Red+ Blue=Purple

Black+ White=Grey

• With a moist brush transfer paint from one disc to a white plate or saucer .rinse out the brush and repeat for the other color then mix together

• Mix colors with white to produce paler shades and with black to make darker shades.
