2. Return Policies (Within 7 days from the day you received the products)
Within 7 days from the day you received the products, you can exchange for a replacement or be given refunds if you find the merchandise you buy is not as described or has functional defects in it.
- For Refunds
If you find your purchase is not as described or has functional defects within 7 days from the day you received the products, you can send it back to us, and we will give refunds to you (not including the handling charge and the fee for the shipment you paid when you bought it). - For Replacement
We are willing to replace the whole purchase (including the package) .You will cover the shipping fees when sending it to us, while we will cover the shipping fees when sending the replacement to you.

Step3. Read and fill in the RMA Table
Step4. Send the products with the RMA together back to us, we will check and solve the problem carefully
